My Story
I'm just here to share some ideas and knowledge that I've gained throughout my fifteen years in hospitality and ten years as an account manager.
I spent fifteen years travelling around Australia donning the chef whites at some awesome restaurants and hotels, and also managing large catering sites. A lot of that time was spent educating people on our wonderful Native Australian produce and giving customers the opportunity to experience the food in a simple but modern way, which you will notice in several of my posts on here.
After I hung up the knife roll for the last time I still felt a strong passion for the industry and a deep connection with the culture. My time is now spent on the other side of the chopping board assisting mostly the Food and Beverage industry with compliance, hygiene solutions, disposables, and general consultancy.
I enjoy passing on information and helping businesses with their success so hopefully you too may find something of value somewhere on this site.
